My role involves overseeing every stage of the digital journey, from initial strategic planning and Shopify construction to monthly newsletters and performance reporting. Fungi & Flow | Feb 2026 - I manage the digital expansion for this independent specialist in mushroom supplements and desserts. My role involves transitioning the business from a local operation to a global brand via Shopify and Amazon. I oversee the full ecommerce strategy, including newsletter communications, event marketing, and audience growth. This work focuses on scaling their unique product range while maintaining the brand's core identity throughout the international rollout.
Cosmic Kitchen | Jan 2026 - I revitalised the digital presence of this award winning vegan restaurant and community hub. I developed a responsive Shopify platform that integrates table bookings, event ticketing, and merchandise sales into a single minimalist interface. The project included a comprehensive audience development strategy and newsletter launch to support their mission of grassroots music and nutrition. These technical improvements resulted in a measurable increase in seat bookings and strengthened community engagement.
Orlando’s Wines | Nov 2025 - I launched a new Shopify store and growth strategy for this organic wine merchant. The project involved creating a digital experience that reflects their commitment to ethical sourcing and biodiverse wineries. I manage their ongoing customer communications and event marketing to streamline the user journey for sustainable products. This digital expansion ensures their ethical values remain central to the customer experience while driving measurable ecommerce growth.
Sterts Arts | May 2025 - I developed a new digital hub to support the relaunch of this landmark Cornish theatre. My work involved building a functional platform that facilitates ticket sales and community unity for this female led organisation. I manage the brand's digital communications and growth strategies to highlight their intersection of performing arts and environmental stewardship. The new site serves as a vital tool for connecting rural audiences with world class cultural events.
July 2022 – January 2024
I was appointed as the first in-house Designer to lead a complete visual brand consolidation for the UK’s most attended regional producing theatre. I unified disparate visual assets into a single, cohesive identity to reflect a new era of management for an organisation serving over 300,000 annual visitors. My role involved managing the full design lifecycle, from setting accessibility standards to executing high-impact digital and print marketing campaigns.
Brand Strategy: Unified brand colours and assets into a consistent visual identity and developed a comprehensive style guide for all departments.
Digital Marketing: Managed website content updates to improve the ticket-buying journey and curated new digital sections to highlight community impact.
Operational Efficiency: Created a suite of templates for email, social media, and digital platforms to streamline internal design workflows.
Sustainable Design: Engineered a new timeline-style season leaflet that presented over 100 shows clearly while significantly reducing paper consumption.
