TL;DR Group: Engineered a dynamic portfolio website for a London and Plymouth-based marketing agency.
Implemented a Framer-based CMS that allows the agency to update content internally, significantly improving their ability to showcase user-generated content strategies to prospective clients.

Youth Theatre Together: Defined and executed the branding strategy for a major national initiative in mapping and connecting the Youth Theatre in England with Arts Council England.
Created a dynamic, network-based brand identity inspired by connectivity and mapping, covering digital assets, social media, and event collateral.

Appointed as the organisation’s first dedicated in-house Designer to lead a visual brand consolidation for the UK’s most attended regional producing theatre (300,000+ annual visitors).
Brand Strategy & Consolidation: Unified disparate visual assets into a cohesive identity, merging separate brand colours into a unified gradient to symbolise a new era of management.
Digital Transformation: Restructured the company website to improve the ticket-buyer user journey and introduced an 'Our Story' section to better highlight the organisation's community impact.
Operational Efficiency: Developed comprehensive template suites for digital, email, and social media, alongside a new style guide, increasing design efficiency across all internal departments.
Sustainable Print Design: engineered a new timeline-style season leaflet, presenting 100+ shows clearly while significantly reducing paper usage.
Design Lead (Barn Dances): Created the complete brand identity and marketing assets for a new flagship summer event series. Produced video content and digital ads that drove strong attendance and sold-out evenings.
Inclusive Design (Funky Llama): Led design for a pioneering project supporting disabled artists. Served on the Steering Group to implement rigorous accessibility standards (contrast, clarity) which were subsequently adopted as best practice for the wider organisation.
Community Advocacy (Pride of Plymouth): Designed the pride glass vinyl installation for the theatre entrance, combining local motifs with LGBTQIA+ symbolism to visibly assert TRP’s commitment to diversity.
